Great Choice in Vegas

This apartment complex is relatively expensive for Vegas, but it's in a very nice neighborhood (Summerlin) and is one of the few complexes within walking distance of stores, shops, and restaurants. The area is safe and quiet, and I've never felt any danger walking around the grounds.
This is one of the few apartment complexes which offer really short term leases. So I notice that a lot of people come and go. But there also seem to be a lot of long-term residents to balance them out.
The people here are very friendly, especially the maintenance people. The leasing people are usually very pleasant also. If you have a problem with your apartment, the maintenance people usually offer same day service.
The ameneties are good. There is a nice pool area, and a decent gym with a racquetball court. There used to be a putting area for golfers, but that got shut down.
Downsides' No garage parking, which is unfortunate given the summer heat and winter cold. Also, I've had some real problems getting hot water for my apartment, but I think my problem is unique. Still, the maintenance people haven't been very helpful on this problem.
Overall, this is a really nice apartment complex in a really great area of the city.
