This place is not for children. there is no playground or any place for kids to play. and there is a lot of elderly. staff is only friendy when you first move in. the staff are liers and they are all racist. Jill is a fat ass lier.and kimberly is a -----. the staff are so fake. this place is not worth it. unless you like getting ripped off.

Although this posting was made anonymously, the management is fully aware of it's author. Unfortunately, after a very brief time it became necessary to have this person evicted from the premises. Obviously this is never a positive experience for either the resident or the management, however, sometimes it is unavoidable.
Those of you reading this posting, I'm certian, will apply it's value appropriately.

I'm sorry I have to dissagree. I have lived here for 3 years and I have kids as well. My children have alot to do here. We are close to everything, stores, schools even the library is in walking distance. I like the fact that we are the property that we are because it stays clean and quiet. Mrs. Kimberly is a wonderful person she is very helpful. If anyone is looking for a place to call home this would be a great choice. The Maintenance and office staff are always there when you need something. I have never felt ripped off. I will continue to call this place home for many more years.
