Resort Living - Peaceful - Great Location!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived in Wellington Meadows for almost a year and I can tell you that it is truly resort style living in Las Vegas. The surrounding amenities are great! You have BBQ areas, Large Pool Social Area with Hot Tub, Fitness Center with Sauna, Media Room, Racquetball Court. You're just blocks away from world-class entertainment at the Red Rock Casino, premier dining and the famed Boca Park shopping. The grounds are so well kept that even the smallest detail is attended to. The West Sahara Library is immediately available, bus routes are extremely easily accessible and you have access to Peccole Ranch recreational facilities such as Tennis, Walking Trails and more. Red Rock Canyon is a pleasant five mile drive away for a scenic getaway to the mountains. And don't forget that Las Vegas has some of the best golf courses available anywhere! I really can't tell you the benefits of living here! They shampoo your carpet every 6 months if you like, they will accept your packages for you and you have gated entry into the facility. I have taken the time to write this recommendation because I am so happy to live at one of the finest places in the Las Vegas/Summerlin area. If you love Palm Springs, you will LOVE Wellington Meadows! The view of the mountains can't be beat, its clean and quiet here. The staff are intelligent people with great attitudes and are always happy to help. The facility literally goes the extra mile to ensure you have everything needed to live resort/retirement style with few hassles. So far I have not met even one person here which I have not liked. Everyone seems to be good people here. There truly is an effort to keep Wellington Meadows a nice, safe place to live.
