I've been living here for about 2 months now, and while here, I have enjoyed every minute of it.

The apartment is spacious, I got newly laminated timber flooring in the bathroom and kitchen (!), the neighborhood is GREAT (grocery stores, target, theatre etc) are all pretty close by, the apartment is built good and sturdy, so the apartment is quiet. But most importantly, the management ROCKS.

I did a lot of research when I was looking for a place and heard many nasty management stories, and decided to go with this place because of the many positive management reviews. People at the office remember you, are friendly, pleasant and don't hesitate to offer help. I've had several maintenance things come up and they have been resolved ASAP. How great is that' I'll call them in the morning and by the time I come back from work, its done! There is also courtesy patrol every night and they do their job well - I know because I once stupidly left my keys outside and someone knocked on my door at about 10pm to let me know.

Residents are respectful and friendly, no problems there. Everyone takes care of the estate and so everything looks nice and neat. Basically, I feel incredibly safe (single 20s woman) and happy here - the last thing you want to do after a hard day at work is to return home to somewhere you can't relax or are in fear of things getting lost, your car being stolen, your toilet not fixed etc. I won't be leaving anytime soon!
