Whispering Waters

Used to be good, but . . . From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   There was a time when I could -- and did -- recommend this place. But three years have passed with the new manager and things have changed. The property has deteriorated, the grounds are no longer maintained, and noise levels have skyrocketed. It's sad, because it's in a decent area and the rent is reasonable. All it would take to turn it around would be a manager who gave a d@mn, but I'm not holding my breath.
