Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
After 7 years as a resident I HAD to leave this deteriorated environment. I felt like I was living in east LV -- otherwise known as Calexico North. The stated rules by the management company don't mean a thing... except when it comes time to collect the rent.
NOW, they've started billing residents for misc. utilities: water and trash... as if residents were condo owners. That was the last straw!!!!!!!!! odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
