When I moved there in 11/2002 it was Wildflower. It wasn't great but it served my purposes at the time. Cornerstone Crossings took it over in 4/2006. Ever since they took over it has been a mess!!! The staff is mexican and when they took over I thought I was in little mexico. They stopped taking section 8, but from the way I see it, they were better off keeping them, because what they have allowed to move in there makes you feel like moving to J street is a step up. Just today (Wednesday) I was given a heat light for my bathroom after requesting one on Monday, and that was the second request. they seem to cater to their own kind here.but if you want to dabble in different backgrounds, you have hommie town, wiggerville, little mexico of course, and you even have skinheads in here, and you also have trailer trash as well. The cops are in here so much that they need a sub station in here. The walls are thin and the people who live here don't care about where they live. Management will tell you that they can't do anything about the noise, so you have one of two options, either call the cops or beat your neighbor down and have them call the cops on you. Maintance is awful. You have to call them several times before you can get anything minor done. The drugs here are in abundence, it's just a matter of what side of the complex to go to. The only reason they just got security is because somebody tried to break into the office, but security is only here during the day. The last night security they had was cool with the hommies and also were to scared to do anything about the problems in the complex. And that's just the beginning. DO NOT MOVE HERE, unless you're used to that kind of activity. What they want for rent here is NOT worth the money you'll pay. Go ahead and antty up the money to get a nicer place. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. People have dogs and they wont pick up the poop, even if you're looking at them.
