I am the manager and this is a very nice compleex if you follow rules and be patient when we say to. It does take years to fix certain things, like pools. They will be fixed theese year, probbaly by summer. If not, by winter. I know we say theese every year, but we are like weatherpeople on tv we are sometimes wrong. But we will be right sometime.
