I have lived in WillowBrook for 1 1/2 years and I've been fairly pleased with the facilities, amenities, and service. It is a very attractive property and the apartments are fairly spacious. It is pretty quiet here, most residents seem nice. I don't really have any substantial complaints.

Recently, they have been having problems with maintenance staff turnover which has left residents waiting more than a week for routine maintenance while the skeleton staff concentrates on emergencies. My fear is that if this continues that this will create a maintenance backlog that can start diminishing the quality of the property.
