A couple of days before I moved in they informed me that they had reserved a handicapped apartment for me. They informed me that they had another apartment and it would be ready for move in. They said the carpets would be replaced and that all the touch ups would be completed. On the day of my move in the maintenace guys were in the apartment painting floorboards. The movers were due to come in an hour. The carpets were not replaced and the cleaning lady had not been there yet. It was a disaster. Carpet was ripped near doorways and there were wax stains on the carpet. The manager said the carpet could not be replaced but he would send someone to clean and repair. This is the cheapest carpet they can get and stains do not come out.

A few months ago they painted the parking space lines. They did not inform tenants. No signs. I was parked next to other cars so they went in between our cars to paint. I got white paint on my shoe and inside of my car.

The gates never work. The gate has been broken for over a month and everyone is free to come in and out. My name has been in the directory for maybe 2 weeks of the year I've lived there.

They are overpriced. It is a crap apartment and nothing in the complex ever works. For the price it is a joke. The other day I went to get my mail and the maintenance manager and his employee were in each others faces and about to fight in front of the office.

When the sent my renewal notice they said that they were raising my rent 50 dollars a month. Forget it. I hate moving but I would not live here for one more day than I legally have to.

Same results here! I just moved from the largest townhome to the next size down due to major problems with the carpets, maintance etc. HORRIBLE.. After much complaining and finally a corporate call I managed to get a new unit without breaking a lease.. HARD TO GET. Anyways I gave them 2 months notice before I wanted the other unit which was empty almost six months. I walked through the unit 4 times prior to moving, NOTHING was ever done to this unit!! Not even cleaning!! I made a list of problems I found and talked directly to the staff and manager (who is now gone). Absolutly nothing was done to the unit, Half the bulbs in the place were burnt out, carpet was ripped and in many places was so poorly installed it did not even touch the walls.. some places were over 1 inch gap. Terrible. The garage has a massive water leak at one time, it was fixed poorly, all the sheetrock was busted and left on the floor and tons of mud, NEVER got cleaned... I had to do after moving in. Garbage disposal was filled with at least half a gallon of latex paint.. had to replace the unit myself cause I could not get maintance to do anything, Washing machine belt was broke, Dishwasher was rusted to point motor would not turn on, Dryer has a failing motor and sounds like dead cat, Garage door does not close all the way.. No door seals, missing ALL window screens on front of building, Then comes door openers that did not work, they said they reprogrammed them twice.. never worked, I checked it myself and re programmed them, Keys to mailbox were completly wrong, they had lost the masters, had to get lock broken and new keys made... guess what, STILL did not work, keys were wrong again! Anyways you all get the picture... terrible... rent is outrageous on this property, Have horrible insect problems, everyday you will be fighting ants! Look at the dead bugs in the demos.. nuf said.
