Have lived here for 18 months. Place is terrible. You can hear your neighbors talking through the walls. In the 2 bedroom townhouses the AC is a joke. Last summer I was spending around $300 a month to keep 1500 SF at 78 during the day and 73 at night. Bugs are out of control (ants and roaches) and nobody cares. The maintanence guys come round eventually with the same spray you buy at Home Depot. Olen is to cheap to hire a real exterminator. Office staff is constantly changing. Maintanence staff is also a revolving door. They do as little as possible to fix problems. Pools have been closed recently by the health department. And did I mention the bugs!!
