Have been here just over a year now and did not, DID NOT renew for another year. I am going month to month due to the lack of anytype of ownership of problems with the property. Currently looking for a house to rent since my apt. rent and the average house rental is about the same!


Everytime I go into the office, and I come in at least once a week, there is somebody new there. I have to explain my problems every time somebody else is new there. nobody seems to write anything down, or at the very least, document it into your record. So when something doesn't get done, the new staff has no idea of your problems.. Huh, go figure!

Have had a Flooding Garage problem since I moved in. Although I didn't see the flooding until about.. 2 months after I moved in. It floods due to a "grade" problem with the drive ways. Instead of make the driveways, the black top not the concrete slab, pitch away from your garage. Mine pitches towards my garage.

So everytime it rains, my garage floods.. have brought up the problem as soon as I noticed it 9 months ago, and I am still waiting for OLEN to fix my problem..

It not too terrible since it "only" floods about half of my garage.. but nevertheless, I personally think the front desk staff, Maintenance and OLEN don't care and are stalling and waiting for me to move out.

Not to make this too long, there problems with remotes not working, gates not responding to remotes, Lack of knowledgeable staff that can solve a gate/garage remote problem. Huge ant and cockroach problem, Pools been closed for days at a time.
