Horrible Place From: alicardwell@hotmail.com Date posted: 9/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Went into to reserve and apartment = gave the $250 plus the $55 app fee. Told them I would let them know which apartment I wanted. Called back a week later and told them that I would have to wait until my house closes before I could move in. Called back to reserve the apartment since my house did close and they told me my money was gone and nonrefundable and if I wanted an apartment I would have to bring another $250 plus $55 to the office. I never even moved in and I was approved but had to change the date - I never even signed a lease yet. Ridiculous! The office staff said to me "sorry this is company policy" I replied "I am going to report you to the BBB" and then office staff replied with a sneer "That's what everyone says!" They must have a lot of problems there - I am not moving in and I did report them to the BBB - pass this one up!
