It's your average apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   If you've lived in an apartment before, it's basically nothing new or different. Not bottom of the line, not really nice but somewhere in between. Strange thing-there are no light fixtures in the bedrooms. We were told to go out and buy lamps. I thought that was pretty cheap of them, especially considering the rent we pay! It's a decent apartment, see a few little cockroaches here and there, but nothing significant. The pools are kept very clean and the overall look of the grounds is well-kept. We live pool-side, we are having to buy a noisemaker to drown out the noise of the loud drunks that show up at 2am (the pools are open 24 hours).
