I've lived here for almost 2 months now. It is a very quiet and well maintained complex. The pools are kept clean and people rarely use them. Have not encounted any major problems so far.

I live in a 2/2 1/2 townhouse with attached garage. When I first moved in, one of the light switched didn't work, but maintenance fixed it the same day. The only thing i don't care for are the garage remotes; they are very bulky. Also, my neighbor pounded on the wall b/c I was watching a movie with surround sound and I guess they could hear it.

Overall, great place to live. Just can't watch movies too loud at a late time!

I'm making a move to Vegas from California in January due to a move with my current company. This place seems like a good fit for me. (Trying to due as much due diligence online due to lack of time.) The town home looks like the best fit for me as well. I have few question's that I hope you can answer. Is the garage big enough for two cars as well as a shelf or two for storage? Also, Is the place energy efficient? Bill super high due to the two stories. Not really an issue just curious. Thanks in advance.
