Better than most From: jdinsb Date posted: 5/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Very friendly, courteous, and professional staff. Old staff was fine, but the new management team works hard at providing a pleasant living environment. Parking is limited, but we have friends over at least once a week and I have never, ever, had a problem finding a parking space right in front of the complex. Now, if your mom told you that you are special and that rules don't apply to you and you decide to park in the red zone....you deserve a ticket. Don't be lazy, walk the extra 10 feet. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is beautifull, the new palm tree are very cool. The buildings are well built, so that I rarely hear any outside noise. I live near the front of the complex so I do get kids living away from home for the first time thinking it's cool to burn out when leaving the complex, I was 18 and an idiot at one time as well. I have never had a problem with theft, but I don't leave my garage door open all day either, I like that it is against the rules to do so. Water, sewer, trash are all included along with my 2 car garage. I received a free months rent free with my 1-year lease, along with no rent increases. Seriously, the place is cool, safe and clean. Considering what a dump Vegas is this place stands out above the rest. I very much recommend renting here.
