Do not,, I repeat do not reside here. I happened to go to this dump of an apt. I relocated frm a diff. state. I broke my lease because I had a leaking roof..I had air conditioning ducts that were absolutely HIDEOUS! SEVERE MOLD AND MILDEW IN THE DUCTS which lead to me having to run to the local hospital and get treated. I almost died in good ole vegas due to this rotten dump of an apt. complex., Mind you I had Las Vegas finest (cops) flying overhead every nite with a search light...over my head.! It was absolutely awful! I broke the lease with in a month. I couldnt wait to run not walk out of there.. They are in violation of many rules they made up and it is in the bario! I had my laundry stolen..I hadparking spot ASSIGNED TO ME.. i NEVER had my spot.. The stupid moron of a lady who worked there to ld me to go up to a 6'3 man and tell him to move out of my spot when he looked like he belonged in a gang.! No thanks! I dont care if I had free rent for 10 yrs.. I wouldnt feel fit to put my dog in this apt.
