Never Again - I lived in Camden Oasis Gateway for 15 months in 2008-2009. There were at least 5 different group of residents living above me during those 15 months. You could hear kids running over your head, weights being lifted and dropped on the floor up to 2AM. not bad for the buck I understand this place had some problems in the past, but I stayed there for two months while my house was being built and it wasn't bad. You have to pay your rent in advance, weekly, but my apartment was clean and I felt safe while I was there.

Below Average You are better off not moving here. The staff will lie to you about the electric bill being paid to get you to sign a lease. They had a sign in front on MLK Blvd that said all utilities paid but was forced to remove it. Security lets people come and go without checking who is entering

Ghetto! Roach Infested, Worst place to live. These apartments are roach infested. The A/C units are old as dirt and if you want to pay over $300 in power bill for a 720sq ft apartment come on down. Dirty, smelly, ghetto. People are drinking on the stairs till dark hours of the night.
