I Strongly Recommend Crown Point

Apartments are about 20 years old but maintenance is excellent.

They are responsive and have a "no hassle" policy.

Management is terrific.

Manager Lisa Phillips does everything possible to help people get settled and is an excellent manager.

Her staff reflects her attitude.



You cannot go wrong with this place.

It is clean, safe and quiet.

The only downer are the fricking speed bumps but, it does slow down traffic.

The complex has a excellent blend of young and old.

All appear to live in relative harmony.



If you are considering in living in the Tri-state area (Arizona, Nevada or California), I strongly recommend checking out Crown Point.

I say this as a former property manager and a renter in a multitude of places from here to Tokyo.
