Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
Another rent increase! It never stop. Each time I go to renew a lease, rent goes up. Water,trash, and sewer rates also increased. Apartments are about 20 years old and need new tubs, cabinets etc., they could use the rent increases to update these apartments, and get better gait security.
