Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 

Getting bad.

This was a good place years ago.

Rent going up all the time, increases every year, water, trash, and sewer costs also passed on to the residents, yet nothing new added.

Same old kitchen and bath cabinets.

Badly scratched bathtubs, no guards around, especially watching the gate at night.

Another rent increase this month.

I'm out of here when my lease is up.
