Barrio living at its finest. Abandoned cars, trash, laundry hanging out on patios, finest barrio living north of the border.
It seems that every winter this complex becomes a hotel for exchange students learning their trade at the local Hotel/Casinos. These people speak no english, they are totally incosiderate of the tennants privacy and every night at 10 p.m. the party starts. Management talks a good gain but have no control over who moves in and what they do. If you do move here be sure to keep the police number handy, they are very familiar of the all night noise problems
