Family apartments that allow drunks and partying all night. Don't live by the pools. Rules are not enforced. Boom boxes are allowed at any hour. Calls to report are ignored at night. Cabinets in kitchen and baths very old and bad condition. Yet they show you a model that looks nice. Maintenance is ok. No walkways, Cars are vandalized. Parking is limited. Could be a nice place if some kind of security was in place. Good Luck!
