The apartment is ok, and the area is nice The grounds look good, and the maintenance is good. Rent increases are high, especially on the 1 bedroom, least in need of maintenance,yet seem to be increased the highest %. Nothing new in the apartment to warrent this increase. Kitchen needs rejuvenatiion terribly so, but is not redone unless ruined (not so likely in a 1 bedroom). This office staff better then the others that have been here. Not enough security.

We've lived here six months. I love the grounds, beautiful & green, well kept. Maintenance is great Office staff real friendly and real helpful. The best price around that I could find.
