Apartment complex needs three things to make it great. First, the "students" and ones partying half the night need to be evicted, especially after police have been called, and they have been warned. I know two people who moved out for this reason alone.Second, more security, definitely not enough night security. Yhird, stop increasing the rent by leaps and bounds every year.
