With the financial crunch on Crown Point now has decided to rent to anyone, gang bangers, criminals, drug pushers, etc. Now that the student well has dried up and they can't cram 15 students at $250/mo per person into a two bedroom apartment they have had to seek other avenues of revenue. Large unleashed pit bulls now run the property at night with their owners oblivious to the possiblities. Drug deals can be witnessed on the main street running through the complex. They need to put parking meters in for the people coming to buy drugs, gate is worthless as the druggies just sit and wait for a tennent to willingly let them in. When you try to inform the management office or the corporate office they could care less. And, if you happen to be one of the residents that has lived here a while they care even less about you. Those of us that live here get a good laugh when we read the BS at www.crownpointapts.com. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's bad and getting worse by the month. Most that have lived here awhile are getting out as we have witnessed what was a nice quiet place to live a year ago turn to decay, ruin, and inner city style blight. First appearances are diceiving, grounds are pretty, management is ugly. Save your time and drive right on by, there's better ways to live in Laughlin.
