I have lived here for about 2 years.

I've had a problem w/ my garbage disposal, it leaks, when I told management they had maintenance come by.

He looked down the drain w/ a flashlight and said it looked fine and never came back.

I have complained several times about that, my dishwasher not working and several other things but now I just live w/o a dishwasher and I can't use the side of my sink with the disposal because water just runs everywhere.

I also had a leak in my ceiling in my bedroom.

I contacted them several times and they would come by and look, give me a bucket and one maintenance man actually poked a hole in the ceiling so the water just poured out like a faucet.

They also came by one day to "fix the leak", they spray painted the water stain white and left.

I thought they had gone up on the roof to fix the actual problem.

nope still leaked the next time it rained.

It took three to four months before they finally fixed the problem.

The new manager finally came to my apartment to look at the damage and told me they spray painted the sealing to mark the spots, um ok it was more noticeable be for they "marked" the spots.

The new manager is so rude and not helpful at all!!!!! Thank god I am moving soon!
