Nevada needs tennent laws

If ever there was a case of why Nevada needs laws to protect tennents Crown Point is it. New tennents are being herded into the complex at significantly lower monthly rates than long-term loyal tennents pay ($150/month less). The manager of this complex would have been better suited if she were born in the thirties and could serve as head of a concentration camp. She is rude and does not care at all about the rights of the tennents and when you complain to the corporate office in Las Vegas or San Diego they could care less. The grounds look beautiful at first glance but the actual living conditions are deplorable and border on "slum lord" status. The actions of management now has neighbors at war with each other and no one should have to live this way. Through all of this corporate is scratching they're heads wondering why occupancy is at 40%. Management has taken to moving gang members into the community because it's an easy way to fill apartments, and with these type of tennants come all of the usual problems of crime, drugs, and pit bulls are now seen roaming the property unleashed. They should consider leveling the whole complex or at the very least sell it to someone that has experience in managing a successful community.
