this apartment is not family friendly.
there is a lot of drug activities and our unit smells of marijuana from the neighbors.
our neighbors party on weeknights until 2 and you can here every single word of their conversation through the windows and walls.
there is dog waste EVERYWHERE.
the garbage disposal area is out of control. residents throw garbage on its roof, pile it up on the ground, and I had to walk through a swarming cloud of flies to dispose my trash.
there is no parking---even if you have a designated spot, it doesn't mean anything because someone will take it. management has never actually towed a car that was parked in our spot out of the many times this has happened.

Is this a new problem just happening? I see you have lived there for 2 years. We were looking to move in but if things are changing I am not sure this would be a good idea. The grounds looked fairly clean when we checked them out last month.
