First appearances are diceiving, grounds are pretty, management is ugly. Save your time and drive right on by, there's better ways to live in Laughlin.

Vistas rent to anyone, gang bangers, criminals, drug pushers,
Large unleashed pit bulls run the property at night with their owners oblivious to the possiblities.
Drug deals can be witnessed.
It's bad and getting worse by the month
We have witnessed what was a nice quiet place to live a year ago turn to decay, ruin, and inner city style blight.

Is this a new problem just happening? I see you have lived there for 2 years. We were looking to move in but if things are changing I am not sure this would be a good idea. The grounds looked fairly clean when we checked them out last month.

I disagree with this posting. I have been a resident here for about two years I have children of my own and if there were drug activity here I would not live here myself. Theres just not!! The landscape is beatiful and the apartment I live in is kept up. If I have a problem I report it to maintenance and they fix it proptly. They have many parking spaces. And I belive the garbage is taken like 2 or 3 times a week. I LOVE IT HERE

I have never witnessed any of this type of behavior here! I have children and would NEVER ALLOW my children to be subjected to anything like this! The staff is very professional, and friendly. What a shame that this person is obviously miserable in thier own skin!(sounds to me like they may have lost all thier $$ at the casino!) This IS a great place to live, the BEST in laughlin.
