DUMP, Bad Managment

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
After the new owners bought the property things started to get bad, gangs, drug activity, and garbage all over the place.
The old managers were always on top of things even though they were under staffed and over worked they kept the place clean, If we new where they were we would move their.
