I live in a 1BR/1BA with an attached garage. I've been very happy since moving in. There have definitely been maintenance issues (it's brand new; they're working out the kinks) but the maintenance has always been completed immediately and without further problems. I do wish that the clubhouse was open 24 hours in order to access the wireless internet. The gym is open 24 hours with a key - it's small, but never crowded.
