They have a HORRIBLE bug problem. We are pretty much infesting the crickets home. We are in a 2bedroom and their are crickets living in every part of this place. I know others as well, in these apartments that have the same problem. When I called to get that problem resolved by having the bug people spray, they didn't seem to care which bug they may be spraying for..Did not help one bit. If you open you door at night, they all scatter..Gross. They also have a very rude head of maintenance. He seems to hate everyone and will blame whomever he wants for anything that is out of the ordinary. He is very intimidating. I got carded at the pool for my pool pass and he KNEW I lived there and was acting as if I was trespassing. They say you get a grace period for Rent, but then send you a 5 day "pay or quit" if you are late. They will send any complaints to your door at closing time but state you must contact them that day. They do only care a lot about their money getting paid. One good thing, pretty clean..well aside from the infestation that they won't fix.
