I moved in here earlier this year. I'm suprised at some of the reviews. Don't get me wrong, it's not Country Club, but it's decent. Everything in my apartment works and if something needs fixing it's done in a timely manner. AS far as kids/teenagers, I've had one accident and it was resolved. The only problem I have encountered is downstair neighbors who slam their doors and are not very neat. I learned to park my car away from the curb to prevent water spots on my car.
