I have lived in the complex for 7 going on 8 months now and have never had a problem with maintence, crime or staffing issues for that matter. The staff at the complex has always been considerate and prompt to address my complaints and or direct problems. I have had to call the maintenence crew out at 12 o'clock in the morning to fix the AC in my apartment on two different occasions and neither time did I wait more then 30 minutes for them to arrive and complete the job.
I have never experienced any sort of violent behavior or had any problems from co-residents or outsiders. Let me just say this, if you feel that it is so bad within the walls of this complex then by all means you shouldn't live here. There are many places that you can go nowadays and see the things that people are so eager to complain about. There are more important things in life to worry about. If you have running water and a place to take a bath/shower, then you are doing better than some people around the world. If you look up and see a roof and not the sky, then you are by far luckier than some people today.. And for goodness sakes if you have a place to cook those TV dinners and boil hot water for your coffee, think about those accross our nation who starve do death on a daily basis. When the important things in life are concealed by a person's own agenda than there is a problem and the problem is not your landlord, your home or the issues that come from the two, the problem is you..
Do you ever stop and wonder why an office staff would be so rude and inconciderate'' Well Let's think about it for a second, when their residents complain about anything under the sun and have excuses for everything else, then you would be a little bent too. When you manage a complex like this and have to deal with over 500 units and their occupants, you tell us all that it is an easy job. Evictions, late rent and whining is something that they here everyday and it probably gets really old.. Bottom line is if you have a problem then you address it in a timely matter and I guarantee patience and kindness will get you much furthur than slandering a company and it's emplyees on the internet.
I really actually enjoy the living in this complex and enjoy talking with the staff. I have neighbors upstairs that let kids around all the time, but guess what'' I don't complain about it, I don't write about it on the internet, I just accept that I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT and go on with my day!!
I have told many of my friends that when they move to Vegas this is where they should go and I wouldn't take that back.. This really isn't a bad place to live. You just have to make the best of it..

I had a neighbor upstairs with 2 dogs who never took them out--they did allow them onto their balcony plenty though so they could urinate down onto our railing and patio... They were eventually either forced to move or their lease timely ran out.. Needless to say I am very upset because CR Villas does not want to be responsible for cleaning the urine from the rails/patio/patio walls and replacing the damaged lawn chairs.. the lady who answered the phone ignorantly said it has happened before and the other people cleaned it--it was their responsibility.... I have yet to talk to the property manager... As usual she is taking an extra day to call me back if she even will.. In the meantime I am going to be contacting the proper agencies to get fair treatment.. There are plenty of those here-so many that you just about never need an attorney.. Even if it is the good ol health department...

Im thinking about moving there ive seen there floorplans and i love it but is it really that bad there? Am i going to be able to be comfortable doing school online and watching my 3 month old daughter without having to worry about other things going on around me?

I moved my family to this apartment complex over a year ago. We absolutely love it!! We've never had a problem with the office staff or the maintenance guys. Sure, sometimes the kids get loud, but when I call the office to complain, they take care of the problem immediately. I've been fortunate enough to find myself in the office when the ladies receive irrate residents screaming at them about petty stuff, like dead grass in certain areas or cars driving through the complex with loud music. Come on now...let's be reasonable. They take care of our complaints, put up with hostile residents, are out walking the complex daily, and I've even seen them picking up trash. Let's give them a break!! I've renewed my lease for another year and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They are friendly and are always in a good mood, regardless. I would never expect them to come and clean pet urine off my chairs. Bottom line...I'm happy, my husband is happy and my kids are happy! What else is there?
