I've just renewed my lease for another year and I'm happy I did it! The office staff is great and so are the maintenance guys. The ladies in the office are always out walking the comlex and making sure the kids don't get out of line or into trouble. My apartment is great and I never have a problem with parking. They are even thinking about putting in a couple of pet parks! My dog is going to love that!! They have resident functions and are always friendly. I'm not going to say I've never had a problem, but when I do, the managers always fix it. I'm glad I renewed and I'll do it again!!

what appts do you live in? they have a few properties... I live at Craig Ranch Villas... i truly think they thought I was just another vegas low-life with no brain... far from that---I am from the east coast where folks are sensible....

I live at Craig Ranch....where else? I doubt that they thought you were a low-life. I don't understand why you have that perception of them. They have been nothing but nice to me each and every time I go into the office. What did you do to them? If you're rude, crass, self-absorbed...how do you expect them to treat you? Anyways, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my apartment and I tell my friends all the time. I've actually already received 2 referral bonuses for $400 each time I bring a friend over to live here too.
