A REALLY NICE PLACE/and YOU CAN'T KNOCK THE VIEW From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 2 responses Other than a few minor draw backs ..this place all around is a really nice place to live. It is clean (sometimes you do have to pitty the grounds keepers..and he does a very good job..the kids seem to NOT UNDERSTAND TRASH IS MEANT FOR THE TRASH BINS NOT THE GROUND). Personally have never had a problem with management and the maintenance was right on top of attending to our needs. Being way up here in North Las Vegas close to 215 without all the hussle and bussle of the rest of the craziness is wonderful. LOVE IT HERE...compared to anywhere else gotta give this place kudos!

I went in and ask about the 2 bedroom , and they greeted me with a smile and seemed to know what they were doing, , very clean and respectable, the staff was very friendly , and did every thing a apartment complex was soppose to do, , good staff,..
