I have lived in Glenbrook Terrace for a year and 3 months. When I first moved here, I thought these were pretty nice apartments ( being that they were still being built). I pitty the management and what they have to deal with day in and day out. There is a lot of people that are moving in from the "WEST SIDE". These people don't know how to appreciate the better things in life. There's always fighting. Grounds or walk ways stay filthy. Kids throwing rocks and trash all over the complex. There has been several vehicle break ins as well as apartments being broken into. The police constantly have to come here. In my opinion, we need 24 hour security........AT ALL TIMES...the management is sooooo damn cheap, they have just recently hired a security guard and he's up in age and probably don't realize what he is getting himself into. He should run like hell. I doubt that he will be able to handle all that goes on here. I wish I knew what I know now. I would not have moved into this slum. I moved my children to be in a better neighborhood to learn that I was better off where I was, in Phoenix, Arizona. I'm counting the days for my lease to end. I am taking my money and running sooooo fast and sooo far, I will not look back. These apartments are horrible, horrible, horrible. The new management team is a joke, all they care about is money and making a dollar, and not the safety and well being of their tenants. Thank You and please take my advice.........dont come here... you work hard for your money, don't waste it!!!

I am a new resident to Glenbrook Terrace. I haven't yet experienced noithing to that extent, but the kids can be a handful. The property is very quiet. Maybe since it is the winter time nothing is going on.
I believe that you get what you pay for. This is a property that helps provide affordable housing. If living like the Jones's is what you really want make your way up to the Summerlin area and you'll find that it all the same, but more police. Run far far and away from that lady.
