I just stumbled acroos this website while looking for an apartment. I live at Rosemont Casa Del Norte and when my lease is up, believe me, I am leaving this place and not looking back. The manager Joanie is one big lie!! When I go into to the office to speak with her, she is never available. I guess in order to speak with her, we all have to stand out in the smoking area. When you call, they make it seem like the apartment complex is the best things since sliced bread. Once you are suckered in and sign your lease, you're f*%ked. The roof leaks when it rains, the apartments are full of roaches, there is no security and you are told there is security, them bad kids are always throwing rocks breaking windows and the security gate does not work. My livign room window has been broken since I moved in and they promise me that they will get it fixed. A friend of mine moved in several months ago and I could see the positive change in the complex but things are going back the way it used to be with the drugs and the gang bangers, the fights and teenagers having sex in the park area and there is no lights out there. Everyday I get up to go to the mailbox and there is a gang of guys that don't live here sitting on the bench in the park getting high. THE MANAGER DON'T CARE ANYMORE, SHE'S ONLY LOOKING FOR A PAYCHECK. She don't know what goes on here because once it gets dark, she gets the hell out of here. I would like to see here live here at this complex and go through the things we have to go through.

They just got security and it's getting a little better now. Not all the guards are that great but there's that girl with short hair..Damn! I watched her break up a fight the other night and that girl is not to be messed with. If she were there every night I know those kids would get in line FAST.
