An absolute dump! The grounds are filthy. Almost everyone you see out on the property grounds looks like a drug addict, hooker, or a gang member. The residents openly use drugs, play obscenely loud music, and are for the most part, exhibit patently obnoxious behaviour. Most of the residents don't care about themselves much less the place they live in, or for their neighbors! The laundry rooms are nasty--the people just dump their trash right on the floor although there are a huge trash cans in the corner. That's just one of the many things that shows the kind of people that live there.

When I moved into my apartment it was dirty, the carpet disgusting, it was infested with roaches (this was the worst part), and sorely needed repairs. They kept telling me before I moved in that I couldn't see the apartment because it wasn't ready or that it needed some finishing touches. They kept on telling me that right up until the day I signed the lease. The only reason I live here is because of bad credit. Therefore, if you have bad credit and don't have much of a choice where you can live--this is the place for you! The manager has a nasty attitude and speaks to you with no consideration or respect. Before I moved in she was all sweetness and light.

You can find better places to live for a lot less rent. I deeply regret moving here and plan on moving as soon as my lease is up.
