I have been a resident of Loma Vista for a while and all i can say is "Get a new maintenance crew!" Don't get me wrong, this is a nice place to live, the office staff is excellent, as far as i have experienced, but the maintenance sucks. Repairs take forever. Maybe it's because the Maintenance Supervisor is always hanging around doing nothing instead of cracking the whip on his staff. Living here is wonderful, so if you decide to move here just pray you don't need any repairs 'cause you'll be waiting, and for your sake when maintenance does show up just hope they get it right the first time.
