I lived here for a year. The apartment complex under went new management and went downhill from there. My car got broken in twice and a pizza delivery guy got stabbed a couple of doors down from my apartment,my mail box would always jam and oh if your dishwasher or something breaks don't think that the maintenace people will show up on time cause you'll be waiting for weeks until you eventaully have to confront the management about it and even then you'll have to wait a couple more days. They are decent looking apartments but looks can be deceiving people.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I've been living there since December and just this month did my maintenance requests get addressed from my original walk thru sheet, only after having to walk into the office and address management with a stack of faxes documenting my previous requests. I have found though that the staff responds very well to paid requests for maintenance and service!!!
