Noise - You have the airforce base nearby so the jets rumble by pretty often during the day. There are also a LOT of kids who tend to make a racket.

Pool - It looks nice but during the summer its always full of children. If you have children no problem, but if I did have children I would not live here for the following reasons:

Grounds - Lot of rocks used in the landscaping. The problem is you end up walking on them to get anywhere and its all slightly inclinded making tripping a problem. Also, at night the complex smells like manure (seriously)... not sure if it's what they use to fertalize the grass or something nearby but anytime you step outside... phew! It basically makes the patio useless at night. As a potential renter you won't be on the grounds at night until you move in so trust me on this one.

Roads - Craig road is under construction and will be for the next year and a half or so, traffic and road conditions are horrid right now. Should be nice when it's done...

Security - Let see, we've gotten 4-5 notices about garages being broken into. They haven't caught anyone yet. There were also 2 cars that had the wheels stripped off and 4 cars damaged by "children throwing rocks"... but they feel confident it was not the children that live here. *boggle* They have gates but they work LESS than 50% of the time... mostly they are just open at all hours.

Parking - You get one spot, if you have two cars you'll end up all over the place from day to day as there isn't enough spots.

Staff - Don't get me started.

Garages - They have them, just don't store anything in them because they get broken into all the time (again, seriously). After it happens a few times you get a snotty message in your door saying you can buy security devices at home depot and the maintainance people will install them if you buy them. Of course they don't tell you what they are called and I'm sure they make you pay to remove them when you move out. They also want us to organize a "local watch" because security is the residents problem, not the complex's.

You get tons of junk mail, be ready to throw out lots of fliers and adverts.
