I think this place is a superb place to live but Im having to question some of the managements responsiblities.
I have had a few encounters with people who like to stand in the middle of the street and drink alcohol. Either you go around or you risk hitting these people. I think we should have rules as to where you can "party" at. I don't think the whole complex would like to see *drunks* on their way in or out of the complex.
I also have to agree about the parking spaces. I thought when I signed the contract they said "Plenty of parking spaces"!! I have to disagree totally with that remark. I thought they take your license plates down so you know that you can guarantee a parking spot in your own complex that PAY FOR!!
Is this too much to ask'
