We have lived here about a year and are counting the days until our lease is up.
There is no where to park close to our apartment because other people park in the spaces in front of our building because there is no where to park in front of their building...and we aren't lucky enough to have a garage.
The management is a joke. The are typically unavailable, it takes weeks to have your problem addressed and you are then told it is your problem not managements, case in point, the parking situation.
Security is non existant. Cars, mailboxes and garages are broken into on a weekly basis and any attmept to start a neighborhood watch has been unsuccessful, thanks to the lack of assistance from management. The security gates are either open or broken, so they are of little help.
The noise from chldren and airplanes will wake you from a sound sleep.
The grounds are poorly cared for, often it is weeks between having the lawns mowed, and after the rain the flooding makes crossing them a mess. The buildings were repainted last summer, but you can hardly tell, many of them are dirty and poorly cared for.The overall appearance of the complex leaves much to be desired. The pools would be great, if they were ever open and working. The smaller second pool is only open during the summer, but did not open last year until July...summer in Vegas starts in April, and was closed by mid September, when it is warm through October. The hot tub didn't work properly all summer, no bubbles and minimal heat. The larger pool is constantly full of kids, whose parents do not bother making sure they are safe or well behaved.
Maintenance is slow to respond and not very polite when they finally show up.
Craig Rd is under contstant construction, making it tough to get to the nearest freeway.
Basically, we can't wait to move.Los Cabos isn't worth the money.

oddly enough this couple declined the offer of a garage signed a second lease and has yet to respond to the notice for an unauthorized pet requiring a non refundable pet fee found after they resigned!

I have lived in Los Cabos for about 8 months, and to be honest I was, and still am, quite content. Management is friendly and willing to at least listen. They addressed a problem I had with a garbage disposal in less than 2 hours by replacing it. In January I did have an issue with some burnt out lights. They did not respond, so I took it upon myself to change them myself, but I found out later this was during the time when new owners took and were prepping the place to sell Phase 1 as condos. Admittedly behavior of children ,especially teenagers, at the pool needs to be monitored better at night, but I blame the parents and not management. Signs clearly state person under age 18 must be accompanied by adults. I am only aware of one incident where there was a car theft from the parking lot, but by parking a car in the garage I never once had any issue, or any type of break in or attempted break in.
