I have been here for 4 months, 2 months left on lease. Plan on moving out for the following reasons: There is a crazy little dog that barks ALL DAY LONG in the housing complex right behind bldg 9. We've tried throwing some poison over the fence, but it won't eat it. Nothing management can do about that. The parking situation is horrible. Half of the time it's impossible to get into the garages without seriously damaging your car because the spots are real tight...if you dont get in at the right angle, you will jack up your car. Keep in mind, these are not things management can do anything about. It's just a poorly designed complex. My experience with management has been good, perhaps they have improved over the last few months. One major issue is the gates being open (at least one of them) ALL THE TIME. If this is a gated community, then Paris Hilton is a virgin. Also, people leave their thrash in front of their doors and don't pick up their dog ---- from the grass.

i know! i live in building 9 too! and man~ my crazy little dogs won't stop barking! Hahahha!
