when we first moved in, we asked the manager if this apartment was going to turn into condos. the response was a DEFINATE NO. but guess what....they're going condos!! f%$#ING BASTARDS!!! so they gave everyone a really short notice and expects everyone to either buy or get the hell out. so we're leaving!

One half is turning into condos the other half will be converted to condos in a year or so. I live there right now month to month. It's in a bad area but the apartment is okay.

They ended up upgrading half the complex, and renting them out, not selling the units as condos. I live there now, poor management, badly maintained property, not recomended.
