We have only been here for 4 months and already we are looking for a new place to live. We can't wait for our lease to be up. While the management is average, not great by any means...the maintenance is horrible. Not only does it take 3 days for them to respont but they do a half --- job when they do fix something.

When we first moved in the dishwasher had not been bolted into the coutertop...so when I went to do a load of dishes it came tumbling forward. Thank goodness I caught it ot it would have smashed my foot. When I called it took them 2 days (and several phone calls from me) to fix it. I was told maintenance orders are done in the order they receive them even though this should have been done BEFORE we moved in and could have been a health hazard. Is it wrong to think that all the appliances should be hooked up/attached and working prior to me moving in' We've also had a few other problems, nothing major but again, their response is extremely slow.

I'm saddened ot hear from another review that the pool/hot tub situation has not changed from year to year. The pools are not currently open and like the other person said, the hot tob is not very hot.

Overall, this is not the worst place to live in Vwegas but we won't be licing here any longer than we're legally required to. :)
