I read the postings and ratings on here, and hopefully things are changing for the better.
There is almost an entirely new staff. . . new manager, a better assistant manager(I think she was promoted), new agents and new maintenance staff. Since this overhaul, there have been somethings that I really, really like.
Someone from the maintenance team actually called me to make sure my work orders were being taken care of. They are in the process of trying to fix the pools permanently, at least that is what I have been told. The entire maintenance staff has been in a flurry across the entire community, trying to fix things that have been neglected for months if not years.
I know that things have not always been the best here, I expieranced the whole having to call multiple times to get my blinds fixed, and the neglected feeling from upper management. But I really do think things are being improved.
