I have extreme respect and gratitude for the Los Cabos property, because they were so kind and sincere when my family and I needed them. That kind of support and sincerity should be rewarded! The property itself is well kept and quiet (at least where I live - smile)! I feel that they provide a very safe environment for my family and my dogs. I have a 14 year old boy and I feel safe enough to let him "roam" around the property unsupervised. There is always room to improve things here and there regarding office processes (they are very busy and need help with organization), maintenance for the apartments and gate access (key pad itself often broken), but I feel very confident that they do the very best that they can with the resouces they have. Also, personally, I think that the cost of rent is a little high for the space that you receive, but I understand that there are expenses that require the cost to be such. Oh, although the property have garages, I believe that assigned parking should be for ALL apartments, not just some.

I chose Los Cabos as the place that we wanted to move into BECAUSE they keep the property clean, safe, and hold their residents (myself included) to high standards. I wish them all the best and keep up the good work.
