This apartment wasn't too bad -- if you take it for what it is. It is obivously on the low-end of apartment complexes, so one shouldn't expect luxury.

There will be bugs because every home or apartment in Vegas gets bugs -- particularly ants -- the apartment will only spray once every thirty days, but if you really don't want to see the ants call an exterminator. However in front of the main mailboxes at night was a nightmare. It is completely infested with ants and roaches!

The walls are very thin. We could hear everything our neighbors did.

The apartment wasn't ready upon walk-through, however I made notes of everything that needed to fixed and they handled all of it.

One scary thing: I was told by our upstairs neighbor that our apartment had been broken into when the previous tenant lived there. The burglars came through the sliding glass door. There is no security bar on it, so we put an old baby gate in front of it as added security. Also, our neighbor's car was stolen. In Las Vegas, the apartment management is not able to tell you any prior disturbances, burglaries or otherwise, so I recommend you call the Las Vegas Metro Police to get an idea of the crime rate.

We moved here because we needed a short lease and they were one of the few who could offer it, so we weren't here for too long. If you're looking for something cheap and quick this is a good place. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
